I recently had the opportunity to provide hair and makeup for Harvard Business School Professor Linda Hill during the photoshoot for her book Genius at Scale. The goal was to create timeless, polished portraits while keeping her natural personality and confidence at the center of every image.

Final Book Portrait
This was one of the final portraits created for Harvard Business School Professor Linda Hill during the photoshoot for her new book, Genius at Scale. The goal was to create a polished, approachable, and confident look while keeping her natural features.

A Natural and Professional Look
We created several wardrobe and styling options so the publisher would have a variety of professional portraits for marketing, interviews, and media use.

Inside the Studio
The photoshoot took place in a professional studio with a clean white backdrop and professional lighting designed to create timeless business portraits.

Hair & Makeup Preparation
Before stepping in front of the camera, we carefully prepared Linda's hair and makeup under natural lighting. My goal was to enhance her features without making the makeup noticeable on camera.

Final Touches Before the Camera
Just before each set, I made small adjustments to her hair, clothing, and overall styling to make sure everything looked polished in every frame.

Working Together
One of my favorite parts of every photoshoot is building a relaxed atmosphere. When people feel comfortable, their confidence naturally comes through in the photographs.

Behind the Scenes Moments
Behind every polished portrait is teamwork. From hair and makeup to lighting, photography, and small finishing touches, every detail helps create the final image.
